Re Tanakh
versions:
Throughout this site I
may use any of the following three versions of the Tanakh: 1. “Jewish Publication Society” (JPS-1917), 2. “Mechon-Mamre.org”
(MEC), and 3. “Sefaria.org” (SEF), three brilliant versions! Although JPS-1917 is my
main version!
Colour coded details of our beloved TaNaKh:
1. Torah = History &
Law, 2. Nevi’im = The Prophets. 3. *Ketuvim = all other Writings.
*The Ketuvim - Includes, Poetical books -
Psalms, Proverbs, Job, the Megillot, or Scrolls - Song of Solomon, Ruth, Lamentations
of Jeremiah, Ecclesiastes, and Esther, prophecy of Daniel, and
history of Ezra, Nehemiah, and Chronicles I & II.
Please Note: Some
alterations or (additions) have been made relating to ‘Names’ and ‘Attributes’
of אֱלֹהִים - Elohim,
having been corrected like it once was pre the “Masoretic Text”.

Remember the following truth from our beloved
Torah!
“Ye
shall NOT ADD TO THE WORD which I command you, NEITHER SHALL YE DIMINISH FROM IT, that ye may keep the commandments of יְהוָה
אֱלֹהֵיכֶם - the
LORD your Eloleichem, which I command you”. Davarim -
Deuteronomy 4:2. (JPS-1917).

Rabbi, Dr. Reuven Ben Avraham-Goossens, PhD.
We need to understand that Avram (later Abraham) was specifically identified as “the Hebrew” - Ha-Ivri in the Tanakh, notably shown in Genesis 14:13, where it clearly states “Avram the Hebrew”. He is the first person in the Torah to be given this official title!
Then again in the Torah “אֱלֹהִים - Elohim (God) spoke clearly about the Hebrews”.
In fact it appeared multiple times during Moses’ mission to free the Israelites from Egypt, primarily as a formal identification used when addressing the Pharaoh.
This phrasing is found in several key chapters of Exodus:
Exodus 3:18: In אֱלֹהִים - Elohim’s initial instructions at the burning bush, He tells Moses to say
to the king of Egypt...
“And they shall hearken to thy voice. And thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him: יְהוָה - the LORD, the אֱלֹהִים - Elohim of the Hebrews, hath met with us”.
Then,
in Exodus 5:3: Moses and Aaron first confront Pharaoh, they use this title:
“The אֱלֹהִים - Elohim of the Hebrews has met with us. Now let us take a three-day journey into the wilderness”.
Exodus 7:16: “אֱלֹהִים instructs Moses to tell Pharaoh, “יְהוָה - the LORD, the Elohim of the Hebrews, has sent me to you”.
Exodus 9:1 and 9:13: Moses is repeatedly told to identify יְהוָה as the “אֱלֹהִים of the Hebrews” when he was demanding the release of the people before various plagues occurred.
In Exodus 10:3: Once again, Moses and Aaron ask Pharaoh, “This is what יְהוָה -the LORD, the אֱלֹהִים of the Hebrews, says: ‘How long will you refuse to humble yourself before me?’”.
Why was this title was used:
While the Israelites internally knew יְהוָה - the LORD as the “אֱלֹהִים of your fathers” (Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob), the title “אֱלֹהִים of the Hebrew” was used specifically with outsiders like Pharaoh to clearly distinguish the אֱלֹהִים of Israel from the Egyptian pantheon.
Thus we were originally known as ‘Israelites’, but we have
also been regularly known as ‘Hebrews’. It was the new rabbinic lot, who wrote
their own books, which are called to be holy (rubbish) for they are all man
made publications, and not from our beloved אֱלֹהִים of Israel! Rabbis changed our name to
Rabbinic Yehudim (based on the tribe of Judah). They
claim that was not true, axcept Rambam
clearly stated that he totally disliked that erroneous title ‘Rabbinic Judaism’
for it was false, as we are Hebrews!
Sadly our faith has been invaded by those who claim to be rabbis (teachers) but worst still they changed so much of our beloved Hebrew faith adding a great deal of errors, including constantly teaching from that evil occultist work of the ‘Zohar’, composed in the 2nd century by Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, which was much later included in the mystical and completely occult based Kabbalah, as well as the Talmud.
Our beloved faith has been hi-jacked by those so called sages (rabbis) who completely messed up our pure and beautiful “Hebraic faith”!
What is our beloved אֱלֹהִים - Elohim saying to us ...
“Return unto Me, and I will return unto you, saith צְבָאוֹת- יְהוָה- the LORD
of hosts”. Mal’a’chi - Malachi 3:7. (JPS).
But what great error have the rabbis really made? Let me show you what אֱלֹהִים - Elohim has commanded, yet they desecrated parts the truth from our Tanakh, as well as with other men-made rubbish, pretending it is from our heavenly Father, which is a complete lie!
“Ye shall NOT ADD TO THE WORD which I command you, NEITHER SHALL YE DIMINISH FROM IT, that ye may keep the commandments of יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם - the LORD your Eloleichem, which I command you”. Davarim - Deuteronomy 4:2. (JPS-1917).
Sadly the rabbis did the
complete opposite!
Yes, I am a rabbi, but also having
been an archeologist I have done a great deal of work and have had the
privilege to read a good number of the Dead sea scrolls, etc, which proved the
man-made errors in our Tanakh!
