Remember the following truth from our beloved Torah!
“Ye shall NOT ADD TO THE WORD which
I command you, NEITHER SHALL YE DIMINISH FROM
IT, that ye may keep the commandments of אֱלֹהֵיכֶם יְהוָה - the LORD your Eloleichem,
which I command you”. Davarim -
Deuteronomy 4:2. (JPS-1917).
However, what have both priests and rabbis of
the past done, they purposely made grave and ridiculous additions and
disgraceful changes!

I pray that you, the reader will place total trust in אֱלֹהִים יְהוָה - the LORD Elohim. However to assist you, below I have a number of Scriptures to provide assistance!
Below are a number of chapters and verses, which I am sure will be of benefit to you!
Please Note: All verses are from the JPS-1917 version of the Tanakh.
1. Psalm 46:2.
אֱלֹהִים לָנוּ, מַחֲסֶה וָעֹז; עֶזְרָה בְצָרוֹת, נִמְצָא מְאֹד
Verse 2. “אֱלֹהִים - Elohim is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble”.
“Refuge” - מַחְסֶה -
“Machseh”: This is a literal hiding place or
shelter. It calls to mind the cities of refuge in ancient
“Strength” - עֹז - Oz: אֱלֹהִים - Elohim is not just a defensive shelter, but an offensive power. When we are depleted and have nothing left to give, He provides the inner fortitude and resilience needed to endure difficult circumstances.
“Very Present Help”: The Hebrew phrase here is incredibly intimate. It essentially means a help found exceedingly (or readily) near in times of distress. אֱלֹהִים - Elohim does not distance Himself when we are hurting. Instead of being a distant observer, He is a “very present help” right by your side at the exact moment you need Him!

2. Isaiah 40:31.
וְקוֹיֵ
יְהוָה
יַחֲלִיפוּ
כֹחַ, יַעֲלוּ
אֵבֶר
כַּנְּשָׁרִים;
יָרוּצוּ
וְלֹא יִיגָעוּ,
יֵלְכוּ
וְלֹא
יִיעָפוּ
Verse 31. “But they that wait for יְהוָה - the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint”.
This verse serves as a powerful climax to a chapter addressing a weary, exiled people. It unpacks profound theological concepts regarding אֱלֹהִים - Elohim’s renewing power.
Wait for the LORD: In the original Hebrew, the word wait, which fundamentally means to ‘bind together’ or to ‘twist’, like the individual fibbers braided to make a strong rope. Rather than meaning passive idleness, “wait” is an ‘active’, ‘expectant’ trust in אֱלֹהִים - Elohim that binds our weakness to His unbreakable strength.
Renew their Strength: The promise is a literal exchange. When we look to God, our exhausted, depleted human energy is replaced by His boundless, inexhaustible power.
Mount up with Wings as Eagles: Eagles rely on wind currents to lift them effortlessly above the turbulence of a storm. Spiritually, this symbolizes the ability to ‘rise above earthly struggles’, finding a higher, heavenly perspective when life’s circumstances become overwhelming.

3. Jeremiah 29:11.
כִּי אָנֹכִי יָדַעְתִּי אֶת-הַמַּחֲשָׁבֹת, אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי חֹשֵׁב עֲלֵיכֶם-נְאֻם-יְהוָה: מַחְשְׁבוֹת שָׁלוֹם וְלֹא לְרָעָה, לָתֵת לָכֶם אַחֲרִית וְתִקְוָה
Verse 11. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith יְהוָה - the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”.
This is one of the most frequently quoted verses in the Tanakh and for a good reason. It provides a deeply comforting anchor of Divine intentionality during seasons of ‘confusion’, ‘transition’, or ‘hardship’.
Unpacking this powerful verse reveals several
‘key spiritual’ and ‘theological themes’.
I
Know the Thoughts: This emphasizes אֱלֹהִים -
Elohim’s Divine ‘omniscience’ and ‘sovereignty’.
Even when life feels entirely ‘out of control’ and ‘chaotic’ to us, אֱלֹהִים -
Elohim is not surprised. His intentions are not
born of panic or reaction; they are perfectly formulated in advance.
Thoughts
of Peace - Shalom: In the
Hebrew text, the word translates of course as ‘peace’ - shalom, which implies much more than just the absence of conflict. It means
‘wholeness’, ‘completeness’, ‘welfare’, and ‘prosperity’ in all aspects of
life. אֱלֹהִים -
Elohim’s direction for your life is intrinsically
tied to your holistic well-being.
And
Not of Evil: In the
original Hebrew, the word is ra’ah, which can be translated as ‘evil’, ‘calamity’, or ‘disaster’. Even
when we face ‘discipline’, ‘trials’, or ‘difficult detours’, אֱלֹהִים - Elohim’s ultimate desire
and overarching plan is not to destroy or harm us, but to purify and bless us.
Give
You a Future and a Hope: This
is the ultimate promise of the verse. It assures us that our story does not end
in our current season of trial. אֱלֹהִים -
Elohim’s intention is to steer us toward an
‘expected’, ‘hopeful outcome’!
Historically, this promise
was written to our past ‘displaced’, ‘exiled people in
I pray that the above has been helpful to keep our lives in faith and know that our beloved צְבָאוֹת אֱלֹהִים-יְהוָה - the LORD Elohim of Tz’va’ot (Hosts) is on our side, as long as we stay in faith, loving the Almighty, blessed be He!

always seek our beloved אֱלֹהִים - Elohim’s guidance,
for His love is always with us, especially when we seek Him, blessed be He!

what אֱלֹהִים -
Elohim, blessed be He, said the following through a number of our
prophets...
“The More Torah,
the More Life”,
For Elohim is the One who gave us our ... “Life!”

regular בְּרָכָה - Be’ra’chah’s - blessings before
food and drinks, etc!
