Remember the following truth from our beloved Torah!
“Ye shall NOT ADD TO THE WORD which
I command you, NEITHER SHALL YE DIMINISH FROM
IT, that ye may keep the commandments of אֱלֹהֵיכֶם יְהוָה - the LORD your Eloleichem,
which I command you”. Davarim -
Deuteronomy 4:2. (JPS-1917).

There is no doubt, but everyone desires ‘happiness’, but sadly only few know how to actually find it. David tells us in this Tehillim - Psalms 27:4: (JPS-1917 version).
First we will read this verse of Psalm 27 in Ivrit - Hebrew, then in English:
אַחַת,
שָׁאַלְתִּי
מֵאֵת-יְהוָה-
אוֹתָהּ אֲבַקֵּשׁ
שִׁבְתִּי
בְּבֵית-יְהוָה,
כָּל-יְמֵי
חַיַּי
לַחֲזוֹת
בְּנֹעַם-יְהוָה,
וּלְבַקֵּר
בְּהֵיכָלוֹ
“One thing have I asked of יְהוָה - the LORD, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in
the house of יְהוָה all the days of my life, to behold the graciousness of יְהוָה, and to
visit early in His Temple”.
There is really just
one thing that David was searching for, i.e. that will lead to ‘happiness’: to
spend ‘the rest of his life in the presence of יְהוָה - the
LORD. It has been clearly said that there is no sadness when one is in the
presence of יְהוָה.
The Torah often expresses the ‘mitzvah of simcha’ as “and
you should rejoice in the presence of יְהוָה”.
The implication is that being in the presence of יְהוָה
leads one to be happy. On the occasion of ‘Maamad Har Horeb’ - standing at
Throughout all the generations when one would have authentic divrei Torah the expression would be that the occasion “would be cheerful just like when the Torah was given at Horeb”. We assume that whenever we learn Torah, we are in the presence of the ‘Shechinah’. יְהוָה together with us ‘bechavrusa’ - ‘in partnership’, just as he ‘bechavrusa’ with Moshe Rabbeinu. Thus in effect, it is a recommended method to ‘attain happiness’ and would defiantly be to learn our beloved Torah!
When one realizes that David is in the presence of ‘Hakadosh Baruch Hu’ - ‘The Holy One’, he must become humbled (see Shemos 3:6). Whenever we learn, we must become humbled with the realization that we are studying ‘Lifnei יְהוָה’ - ‘Words of Torah’. But more than that, I believe that the entire Torah, in addition to being a collection of ‘mitzvos’, is also a description of Divinity. And when one gains a new insight into the Torah, that person is continually becoming closer and closer to יְהוָה, blessed be He, by virtue of the fact that one has gained new insights regarding His Godliness. ‘Great Torah knowledge’ is for those who understand that the Torah contains “a description of Godliness”.

This site was originally created, for those who desired to return to our blessed and wonderful faith. Thus be wise and work on your faith and pray at least two or three times a day (if possible) and always seek our beloved אֱלֹהִים - Elohim’s guidance, for His love is always with us, especially when we seek Him, blessed be He! However this site has become very much a teaching site with hundreds of studies!
Remember what אֱלֹהִים - Elohim, blessed be
He, said the following through a number of our prophets...
“The More Torah,
the More Life”,
For Elohim is the One who gave us our ... “Life!”

of hosts, be with you, and please always uphold our blessed שַׁבָּת - Shabbat,
as well as the מוֹעֲדִים - Mo’a’dim - Feasts, and
continue saying your daily תְּפִלָּה - Tefeelah’s - Prayers and
regular בְּרָכָה - Be’ra’chah’s - blessings before
food and drinks, etc!
